I am so grateful to welcome you here.
I'm Rachel - I’m just a girl with a huge heart that loves people, places, crystals, the ocean and forest with a huge obsession for anything pink! I live on the South cost of England near a tiny but beautiful coastal village Durdle Door Dorset.
I thought I was here to be like everyone else and I tried so desperately to “fit in” but I didn’t. I so desperately wanted to be loved and accepted that I would find myself in horrendous situations that has caused trauma. I’ve been abused, lived in a very toxic relationship and neglected myself which all lead me to a dark path of paralyzing anxiety.
I always knew I wanted to help and be of service to others and I followed a path to study social work at university but I knew deep down this wasn’t the right path for me. Reiki found its way to me many years ago, but I never believed in its ‘magic’. I would say aloud “it’s ok if you believe, but I don’t” and I would turn my face away. I’m so grateful Reiki found me again - My life has completely changed forever. I went on to study sound healing and I immediately fell in love with the celestial angelic notes I knew I had to share my passion with the world. Since I began my journey with the life force energy, Kundalini found me. I’m forever grateful for her powerful and loving energy. I have so many incredible heart centred ideas and events that I cannot wait to share with you and support you on your healing journey.
I am a fully qualified and insured Kundalini Activation Facilitator, Reiki Practitioner, Sound Healer and Inner-dance Facilitator.
It's my souls mission to bring you powerful transformations through shifting your frequency to glow from within.
